PORK CHOP

                                                       



 INGREDIENTS :

- Meat

- White cabbage

- Butter

- Pepper

- Salt

- One potato

- One egg

- One cup breadcrumbs

 HOW  TO DO  IT :

1. Rinse meat in lukewarm water.

2 .Disrupt the pestle slices of meat .

3. Prepare the two plates: in first lightly beaten, raw egg on the second - breadcrumbs mixed         with salt ,paprica and pepper.

4. Take chops and  prepared compassed them first in egg, leater in  breadcrumbs .

5. Melt butter on pan.

6. Place the flat chop.

7. Fry 2 minutes on both sides of the strong heat.

8. After 4-5 minutes frying chop will be ready to eat .
